Noelani Spencer
Director of Community Outreach
Noelani is a passionate go-getter who puts her heart and soul into everything she does. A licensed Real Estate Agent with Hawaii Life Real Estate in Waimea, Noe specializes in helping families buy land and build their dream home in Hawaii. She built her first house at the age of 22.
Noelani is the daughter of a master carpenter and has experience working in the real estate industry since 2001, beginning as a mortgage broker. Over time, she continued to expand her professional training to include building and construction, property management, vacation rentals, title and escrow, and foreclosures. She earned her real estate license in 2017. Her incredibly diverse range of experience in the field allows her to bring a unique, multilayered perspective to her clients.
Noelani is passionate about supporting local businesses in Hawaii. Raised in Waimea, she finds joy in connecting home buyers and builders with a network of Big Island-based tradesmen and professionals. A natural networker with many connections, Noelani joined the Alex and Duke De Rego Foundation Board in 2019 to help with community outreach and planning. She is personally connected to the boys and Shirley De Rego, who has served as a mentor for many years.
In addition to her work with the Foundation, Noelani volunteers her time with the Kahilu Theatre, the Nature Conservancy, and the St. James Church community meal program. She is the proud mother of a son and daughter. In her rare free time, you can find her out on the water paddling with the Kawaihae Canoe Club, sailing around the islands, or diving off the Kohala Coast.
